The use of a conceal fixed roof system was required to be able to sustain regular maintenance and mechanical servicing foot traffic. This roof profile is suitable for a roof pitch as low as 1 degree & for its water carrying capacity.

Another option for industrial roofing applications is a pierce fixed roof known as Monoclad or Trimdeck. These roof profiles are suitable for 2 degrees & up. This type of roof is a slightly more economical and simpler to install as it doesn’t require any clips.
